The policy of the Panchayat is to work as a people-friendly office by carrying out exemplary activities in service provision and disaster relief activities, by providing fair and impartial services with dignity and respect to the service recipients, and by maintaining popular governance through continuous improvements through democratic methods.
The Panchayat's vision is to create a self-reliant rural community enjoying a high standard of living, by ensuring the socio-economic and cultural well-being of the people through sustainable development activities.
