As part of the 'Nirmalam Puthuyuga Shuchithwa Kerala' (Clean New-Era Kerala) waste management campaign, cleaning drives will be conducted by coordinating various institutions and sectors within the Panchayat.
In this regard, you are requested to organize a cleaning drive—involving your staff and other relevant stakeholders—to clean the premises of your institution and the adjacent public areas.
Please ensure the following as part of this initiative:
Conduct a thorough cleaning of the institution and its surroundings. Collect and segregate non-biodegradable waste (including plastic waste) found on the premises, and hand it over through the authorized waste management system.
Take measures for the scientific processing of biodegradable waste.
Eliminate conditions that could lead to water stagnation or the breeding of mosquitoes on the premises.
